Vendor Info

  • The Sale of food onsite is only allowed if approved by the coordinating staff of the HOUSE HEADS PICNIC.

  • Vendors must provide a means to dispose of their trash and set up trash receptacles for their customers.

  • No customer seating outside of the 10x10 space is allowed, including chairs or benches in walk paths.

  • All vendors must take their trash with them at the end of the event and leave the space clean.

  • Vendor set-up is from 6 am to 10 am, with no overnight setup allowed.

  • Merchandise Vendors must use wagons to transport their merchandise, cooler, chairs, and tent to their designated spot.

  • Merchandise Vendors Tent sizes are limited to 10' x 10' or 8' x 8', and merchandise must be displayed within the vendor's designated space.

  • Breaking down is allowed after 8 pm, however, vendors must not create a disturbance for neighboring vendors may still conducting business.

  • Vendors are required to post an identification sign no larger than 12"x 24" in a prominent place with their business name, location, and phone number.

  • Radios and other sound-generating equipment are not allowed.

  • Vendors must respect the dimensions of their designated space and behave professionally towards other vendors, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Individual name tags must be worn at all times, and hand sanitizer is required at all vendor booths.

Please remember this is a community event! 

  • Will I need tickets?
    Yes, tickets are required for entry.
  • Can I sell my goods or distribute literature at the festival?
    Only authorized vendors are permitted to sell merchandise or distribute materials. Unauthorized vendors/sellers will be escorted from the grounds by APD. As a patron, vending out of your tent is not permitted unless you are an authorized vendor.
  • Where is this event held?
    We are located under the Pavilions near Park Ave. Please use 626 Park Avenue SE, Atlanta, GA 30315, for GPS navigation to the event.
  • Can we bring pets?
    No pets are allowed as per city ordinance.
  • How is the crowd?
    Our attendance grows larger every year, so early arrival is strongly recommended.
  • Where do we park?
    Parking is limited. Please consider using ride-sharing, carpooling, or MARTA's public transportation. If driving, arrive early. There is a parking deck located on Blvd. Please park only in marked spaces to avoid ticketing and towing.
  • Can we bring and erect tents?
    Yes, tents are allowed but must not exceed 10' × 10'. Use sandbags and rope to secure them, as spikes or stakes are not permitted. Large groups can assemble their 10'x10' tents side by side.
  • Can I bring a generator?
    No, generators are not allowed at HHP.
  • Where are the trash cans?
    Trash cans are plentiful throughout the park, and garbage bags will be provided. Please dispose of your garbage and clean up after yourself.
  • Can I bring alcoholic beverages to the park?
    Open containers of alcoholic beverages are prohibited by the Atlanta Police Department (APD) due to the "open container law." Please ensure alcoholic beverages are in cups while in the park.
  • What is the cost of admission?
    General Admission is typically free. However, we kindly request your support. Please consider purchasing a Donation ticket starting at $10.00. Additional support options include Tee and Admission, Tumbler and Admission, and @ Tees and Admission. See these options in the "Buy Tickets" section. To ensure a safe event, purchasing a ticket is strongly recommended. This system helps us manage the enthusiastic crowd effectively. HHP STRONGLY SUGGESTS purchasing tickets in advance.
  • What time do you start?
    The music event begins at 12 noon and ends at 8:00 PM. We encourage early arrival to secure your picnic spot.
  • Which DJs will be performing this year?
    This year's lineup includes DJ DaVyne from Kompass Events, House Heads At Sea, EXKAPE Party, Summer Swim Suit Splash, Red White and Black Holiday Party, and KMTVLive. DJ Burt will also be performing.
  • What are the public transportation options?
    We encourage the use of public transportation. Buses serving Grant Park include the #32, which picks up from Five Points Train Station. For MARTA schedules, visit www.itsmarta.com or call 404-848-4711.
  • Where and when can I load in?
    Vendors should arrive at 6:00 AM for load-in. Load-in takes place at the Park Ave SE and Berne St SE entrance. Patrons/non-vendors have limited time to unload at the entrance before seeking parking.
  • Will there be vendors?
    Yes, vendors are welcome at the festival. Interested vendors can sign up here.
  • Where is the dance floor?
    The dance floor is assembled under either Pavilion I or Pavilion II.
  • Can we bring a grill?
    Grills are allowed but discouraged. Food trucks are available for your food and beverage needs. Propane grills are permitted, but no charcoal grills are allowed.
  • What time do the gates/park open?
    Gates open promptly at 10:00 AM. We kick off with performances by the 40+ Double Dutch Team.
  • Will there be a bar?
    No.
  • What are the directions to get here by car?
    Directions: - From the North: Take I-75/85 South to I-20 East, then exit 59A — Boulevard/Cyclorama/Zoo. Turn right at the top of the exit ramp onto Berne St, then right onto Park Ave. - From the South: Take I-75/85 North to Fulton St exit. Turn right at the top of the exit ramp, then right at Olympic Caldron. Turn left onto Georgia Avenue, which leads to the park. - From the East: Take I-20 West to Boulevard exit 59A, then turn left onto Berne St and right onto Park Ave. - From the West: Take I-20 East to Boulevard exit 59A, then turn right onto Berne St and right onto Park Ave.
  • How do I get tickets?

    The entrance to the HHP Festival is situated at the corner of Park Ave SE and Berne St SE.
